Product Overview
Comprehensive financial management platform for startup CEOs and business owners, designed to simplify complex financial tasks, enhance transparency, and support both daily operations and long-term strategic planning.
My Contributions
As a UX/UI designer, I developed the initial version of the platform from the ground up and continued refining it through multiple iterations. This involved creating an intuitive user flow, designing an engaging onboarding process, and implementing customizable dashboards. Additionally, I collaborated with engineers to ensure seamless integration of these features.

I had an amazing opportunity to join the team on early stages of product discovery, worked closely with the founder to research the market, find the market niche and explore our competitors in depth. We started with the single hypothesis:
Providing a fully digital platform that integrates with banks, accounting software, and various revenue streams will enable high-growth subscription-based companies to gain a comprehensive understanding of their financial health. This platform will allow them to demonstrate a stable income stream and directly access non-dilutive financing options, ultimately supporting sustainable growth.
In order to test the hypothesis we have developed a research plan, conducted a qualitative research and analysed competitors.

I have started with detailed visual representations of each major screen within the platform. Then illustrated the paths users can take through the platform to complete key tasks, added descriptions and notes explaining the purpose and functionality of each element within the wireframes.

This stage involved sharing with stakeholders and potential users to gather feedback, iterating on the design to address any usability issues or feature gaps.

As a core team member on the Omnia project, I played a crucial role in developing the data schema by helping developers understand the essential properties and dependencies of the product. Collaborating closely with the Product Manager, we created the features board and wrote comprehensive documentation.

This project challenged me to think on my feet, learn quickly, and empathize with users. I immersed myself in the FinTech domain, dedicating over 100 hours to research and gaining a deep understanding of financing, business intelligence, accounting, and wealth management. By focusing on user-centric design and leveraging iterative feedback, we delivered a solution that exceeded stakeholder expectations. Looking ahead, I am eager to apply the insights gained from this project to further innovate and expand my expertise.
